With no time to waste, we immediately sourced an onboard courier to fly the spare parts from France to where the aircraft was grounded in India. The courier drove to Paris to collect the cargo, before carrying it with him on three commercial flights to its final destination.
Importing cargo in India can be a complex and time-consuming process. In order to avoid any unnecessary delays, we enlisted the help of a freight forwarding agent to ensure the consignment cleared customs as quickly as possible.
We successfully delivered the spare parts on time and the aircraft was able to fly back to France as planned.
