We were tasked with expediting the humanitarian aid, which was urgently needed to provide locals with clean drinking water.
A relief organisation needed our help flying a large water purifier from Europe to Haiti, where it was urgently needed to provide clean drinking water amidst an ongoing humanitarian crisis. They originally planned to use a freight forwarder to ship the cargo by sea, but after realising this wouldn’t get it there in time, we were tasked with devising a time-critical air charter solution to get it on the move.
Our Solution
Route: Luxembourg > Miami > Port-au-Prince
Service: Next flight out, aircraft charter
We sent the client a quote within an hour, recommending a scheduled flight from Luxembourg to Miami followed by an aircraft charter to Port-au-Prince.
The client confirmed the booking and the cargo departed the next day, arriving in Port-au-Prince within 48 hours.
